We are unique in the New Zealand market in that we handle absolutely all aspects of the investment property process, from analysing and selecting a potential property, to building it and finally managing it over the long term. Latitude Group although young, offers a vast wealth of experience in marketing, finance, law, real estate, construction and property management. Combined with a hardworking team we are able to manage and successfully complete all of our projects.

Member of the NZGBC

Latitude Group are proud to be one of the 300+ members of the New Zealand Green Building Council. Latitude Group now designs all of its major new projects to target a 5 Green Star Building rating. Club Tower was recently awarded a 5 Green Star rating for office design from the NZGBC making it the first building in the South Island to achieve a Green Star rating. In addition Club Tower was one of 3 projects used to pilot the Built tool.
