Ken Wimsett, Director With 25 plus years in construction and a “thinking outside the square” attitude, Ken manages all areas of Latitude Group's projects. From conception to completion including site acquisition, feasibility, funding and construction Ken works diligently with his team on development projects. Ken's primary focus is quality products and quality delivery of service to clients and stakeholders. Ken is a perfectionist and sets a high standard for his team of staff and consultants who work along side him. Ken is a master builder who has successfully completed a large number of residential/commercial buildings.

Donnelle Crosby, In-House Legal Counsel As a result of the portfolio growth Latitude Group made the decision to employ its own in-house lawyer. Donnelle previously worked at Knight Coldicutt Solicitors for a number of years and therefore brings not only her technical knowledge but also a commercial perspective when it comes to property issues. Donnelle has a strong interest in property and is excited to have joined Latitude Group to provide top line support on the legal front.

Anthony Tidey - Accountant Anthony has a vast amount of experience gained through exposure to a variety of industries. Most recently he managed the finance team at Oktobor, a top global visual effects company. He has had exposure to the property industry having worked with Oggi Advertising, one of New Zealand's leading billboard companies. He enjoys the exciting challenges Latitude Group offers and has a true passion for numbers having been involved with accountancy since he left school.

Phillippa Wimsett, Receptionist / Administration Assistant Phillippa comes from a strong customer service background, having worked previous in the hospitality and retail industries. She very much enjoys the people contact she has found in her new role with Latitude Group. Phillippa has an integral role at Latitude Group and is a highly detailed person, so therefore the perfect choice for such a role - It is the little things that always count!

Phil Watkins, Property Manager - Christchurch Phil is our Christchurch based Property Manager with over 30 years building and property maintenance experience both in New Zealand & Australia. As well as having built 3 of his own houses, Phil's previous roles have included Maintenance Manager at the Queenstown Parkroyal Hotel, Marine Engineer in the merchant navy, and most recently as Buildings Manager with an existing international tenant of Workstation55, Eaton Power Quality. With Eaton Phil spent 12 years onsite at Latitude's Workstation55 development, an 8.5 acre business park on the fringe of Christchurch City. He is now the Property Manager at Workstation55 where his vast knowledge of the site will ensure our valuable tenants are very well looked after.
