Environmentally Sustainable Design

Napier Plaza will aim to achieve a 5  Green Star Rating (full report held).   Robert Mannes from 22 Degrees has been preparing an overview of the Design. In addition Latitude Group works closely with Beca Carter in Christchurch (Alan Barbour) with a view to obtaining a high green star rating for all its buildings, Napier Plaza included. We aim to achieve a high standard of sustainability and energy efficiency at Napier Plaza.

Latitude Group's Club Tower development in Christchurch has recently been awarded a 5 Star Green Star rating from the New Zealand Green Building Council. It is the first building in the South Island to achieve a Green Star rating.

Operating Expenses

 

As Napier Plaza is targeted to achieve a high Green Star Rating it is envisaged that the operating expenses will be low. A copy of the estimated operating expenses budget can be provided on request. Any specific requirements in relation to a Gross lease or warranty can be incorporated in any lease agreement taking into account term and fitout.
